STUDENT WEB SERVICE
Since the academic year 2012/2013, the Student Web Service is available to all students of the Faculty of Philosophy.
The username and password for using the Student Web Service can be obtained from your Student Affairs Officer. If you lose or forget your username and password, contact your Officer for a new account.
Using the Student Web Services allows you are able to register for exams, choose elective courses, follow all important notices, have access to the list of passed exams, pay tuition fees and complete the semester.
You can pay all the fees through standardised payment slips, at any bank or post office.
You can see an example of a correctly completed payment slip in your account under "Tuition and Payments". The reference number is unique for each student and in addition to the student index number it contains control digits that vary from student to student. Use your personal reference number exclusively for the following payments: tuition and enrollment fees, semester completion, and exam registration.
Under the "Tuition and Payments / Student Account" option, it is possible to view all information on received payments recorded in the student's account, as well as all information about withdrawing money from the account when registering for an exam.
It takes at least 1 business day from the moment of payment to the time when the money is available, so it is recommended that you make the payment at least 2-3 days in advance. For example, a payment made on Friday at 8 AM may not be recorded before Monday.
