      The goal Knowledge of the transcendental and speculative philosophy (German Idealism) should enable PhD students independent orientation in the entirety of the philosophical tradition, both according its historical foundations and the leading tendencies of contemporary philosophy.
      The outcome Students should acquire profound insights into one of the most significant epochs in the history of philosophy, which enable them complete independence in later professional philosophical engagement.

      Contents of lectures Kant's theoretical and practical philosophy; Critique of Judgement; Fichte's doctrine of science and practical philosophy; Schelling's philosophy of nature, foundations of the system of identity; Hegel's philosophical system. Written paper; textual analysis.
