    The goal Systematization of knowledge on the morphology of the verb, and further identification of specific features and their correlation with the necessary lexicographic information.
    The outcome Mastering the system of verbal forms in the light of the standard language norm;correcting the most common mistakes in the use of verbal forms in written and oral production, with an emphasis on functionality symbols of the text;application of theoretical knowledge on verbal forms in determining lexical information relevant to general and specialized dictionaries.

    Contents of lectures 1. Conjugation classes of verbs. 1.1. Summary overview of existing classifications. 1.2. Verb forms and conjugation classes of verbs. 1.3. The verb forms of irregular formation. 1.4. Typical violations of the language norm. 2. Verbal categories (person, tense, aspect, transitivity, mood). 3. Non-finite verb forms. 4. Auxiliary verbs. 5. Verbs in dictionaries - theoretical starting points (meta lexicography) and practical solutions in descriptive and specialized dictionaries.
    Contents of exercises Analysis of the morphological features of verbs in the written texts of native speakers, from different functional styles. Verbs in general and specialized vocabularies - identification of morphological information.
