    The goal Introducing the students to different translation theories that can enable them to translate the texts from Serbian into English and to proof read their own translations. Help the students attain C1 level of the English language in reference to all language skills.
    The outcome Students will be able to describe different translation theories and apply different translation strategies in their translations. Students will be able to express their opinions in English fluently, both in writing and speaking. They will be able to use different registers both in speaking and writing. They will be able to write up to 300-400 words using different text forms. They will be able to recognize, classify, summarize, and paraphrase different text types and to proof read and edit their texts.

    Contents of lectures interior and exterior knowledge, student as a translator, the process of translation
    Contents of exercises Students will use different text types to contrast the lexical and grammatical structures between English and Serbian. using different types of activities the aim is to help the students expand their language skills.
