    The goal Approaching the latest teaching methods, the theoretical aspects of the subject and the scientific results of subject didactics.
    The outcome Intense and modern training of teachers-to-be, the development of teacher competence. Making claim for progressive professional (theoretical and practical) trainings.
    Contents
    Contents of lectures Teacher training and subject didactics. The subject and agenda of the methodology of Hungarian language and literature teaching. Motivation. Strategy, method, proceedings. Project method and teaching as art. Interdisciplinarity and narrower field. The strategies of native language teaching besides our region. School and global educational policy. The relation between science and education. The educational principles of teaching Hungarian language and literature. Methods and methodological procedures in literature and grammar teaching. Types of class, class models and organizing the course of teaching-learning. Planning, modern planning models. Reading comprehension competence, technical issues of home-readings and interpretation of texts. Grammar teaching from the aspect of modern linguistics. Effective methods of teaching writing, creative writing. Digital pedagogy and mother tongue education.
    Contents of exercises Problems of a beginning teacher. Forms of the teaching organization: class, timetable, lesson, rituals on the lesson. The aims and task system of the Hungarian language and literature teaching, problem of the output. Work forms and teaching methods. Teaching materials, textbooks, the Internet. Education programming: curriculum, syllabus, thematic plan, lesson plan. Students' written papers: correction, (self) evaluation. Creative-productive practices. Examination and assessment. Teaching Hungarian language as a foreign and environment language, maintaining mother tongue.
