Staff Mobility
Frequently asked questions
Who is the contact person in charge of my mobility stay?
If you are a teaching staff at your home institution, please contact the corresponding academic coordinator working at the department related to your subject field who can provide you with help and academic guidance.
If you are an administrative staff at your home institution, please contact us at erasmus@ff.uns.ac.rs.
Who will sign my Mobility Agreement for Teaching/Training?
If you are a teaching staff at your home institution, please contact the corresponding academic coordinator working at the department related to your subject field who is to sign your document.
If you are an administrative staff at your home institution, please contact us at erasmus@ff.uns.ac.rs.
When does the semester start? When are the holidays?
Please see the academic calendar.
Can I be accommodated in the dormitory?
This depends on the programme of your mobility. The state-funded dorms in Serbia are under the management of the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development and not the University itself. Since there are not enough places available for all international staff, only the staff who are holders of the CEEPUS scholarship and the Ministry scholarships can use the accommodation in the Sajmište student dormitory. All other staff have to manage their own accommodation.
How can I find the accommodation?
The staff who did not get accommodated in the dormitory and need assistance with finding and booking the accommodation should contact the International Office at international@ff.uns.ac.rs.
Is there a WiFi I could use?
Yes. If you already use the EDUROAM network at your home university, you can use the same here. If you do not have this account, you can make one at our University. Here you can find the instruction how to do that.
Is there any other WiFi I could use?
Unfortunately, no. All other networks that you may see as active have another purpose, and are closed for public.
Are there any events at the FF I could attend?
Yes. Please keep up to date with the website of the Faculty in the section Vesti (News).
For further information and questions, please contact the International Office at the Faculty of Philosophy by email international@ff.uns.ac.rs.
