The goal | Introducing students with philosophical, sociological and psychological determinations of the adult learning process and the development of their competences necessary for creating concepts, planning, organizing and evaluating a formal or informal process of learning, development and improvement of adults with whom they work and cooperate various institutional and non-institutional educational and cultural institutions. | |||
The outcome | The student will be able to define and describe the process of adult learning. It will be able to identify the learning styles of adults and organize the educational process of adults. The student will be able to test and verify acquired knowledge in adults, as well as to create programs of formal and informal process of learning, development and improvement of adults with whom pedagogues work in educational institutions. | |||

Contents of exercises | Analysis and discussion of the content of concepts related to learning and education adults (further education, continuing education, permanent education, self-education, self-development); Fulfillment of goals and tasks of education adults; Comparative analysis of the aims of adult education in the European educational system systems. | |||
