    The goal Introduction to the most important approaches and categories of social pathology, its disciplinary foundation, theoretical achievements and empirical results, as well as its importance for understanding social processes and phenomena.
    The outcome The basic outcome of the course is acquiring knowledge in the field of social pathology. Students will be introduced to the basic perspectives of social pathology as a scientific discipline, with theoretical assumptions and empirical researches.
    Contents
    Contents of lectures Social pathology: development and perspectives. Social pathology and related disciplines. Social pathology, anomie and disorganization. Social factors. Social pathology and social classes. Social pathology and poverty. Social pathology, subculture, ethnicity and fullness. Pathology and deviance. Problems of social control. Crime, delinquency and aggression.
    Contents of exercises Time classes include studying basic and wider literature, or problem studies and texts in the field of social pathology. Classes also involve active involvement of students through individual and group interpretations and discussions of texts for each problem area / week of study.
