The goal | The aim of the course is to inform students about concepts and theoretical approaches in social development and social planning, as well as the types and contents of social development and planning. Also, the aim is to introduce students with characteristics of social development and planning in different social contexts, especially in (contemporary) Serbian society. In addition to this, the aim is also to train students to independently and critically analyze key strategic documents, as well as to evaluate different approaches in the social planning, in relation to the goals, available resources and expected outcomes. | |||
The outcome | Students should be able to: define concepts and explain theoretical approaches on social development and social planning; understand the links between the main concepts and the social condition of the types of social planning; apply acquired knowledge in problem formulation and research planning, as well as explaining modern planning and social development processes; analyze characteristics of social development and planning in different social, economic, cultural contexts; develop critical attitude towards strategic and normative documents. | |||
